CONTACT FORM

If you send us enquiries and messages via the contact form, the information you provide in the form, including the contact details you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal message by email. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

You agree that your surname, first name, company, address and email address will be listed in the list of participants.
The email address can only be used for sending information material of Hubert Schmitz GmbH and information relevant to the event. In this case, sending the invitations electronically is equivalent to sending them by post.
You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
Please send the cancellation to Hubert Schmitz GmbH in good time before the event.

Information on photographs and their use:
Pictures are regularly taken at our events, some of which are published on our homepage and on our social media channels.

Our website uses the etracker analysis service. The provider is etracker GmbH, Erste Brunnenstraße 1, 20459 Hamburg, Germany.

ORDER PROCESS

All data entered by customers during order processing are stored. This includes:

  • Surname, name
  • Address
  • Payment data
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Those data that are mandatory for delivery or order processing are passed on to third party service providers. As soon as the storage of your data is no longer necessary or required by law, it will be deleted.

PAYMENT DATA

Payment data is collected as part of the ordering process. For orders on our website, you have the option between different payment methods.

    CREDIT CARD

If you pay by credit card, SIX Payment Services AG, Hardturmstrasse 201, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland, collects the following data:

  • Name of the credit card holder
  • Credit card number
  • Period of validity of the credit card
  • Security code

For Switzerland, there is an adequacy decision within the meaning of Article 45 (1) of the GDPR, so that a sufficient level of data protection is guaranteed.

PAYPAL

Furthermore, there is the possibility of processing the payment process with the online payment service PayPal. PayPal makes it possible to make online payments to third parties. The European operating company of PayPal is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. & Cie. S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, your data required for the payment process will automatically be transmitted to PayPal. This regularly involves the following data:

The data transmitted to PayPal may be transferred by PayPal to credit agencies. The purpose of this transmission is to check identity and creditworthiness. The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR, as the processing of the data is necessary for the payment with PayPal and thus for the execution of the contract.

INSTANT BANK TRANSFER

We also offer payment by instant bank transfer. In this case, the data will be collected by Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich. Fleurop does not collect or store the data itself.

To do this, Sofort GmbH requires the IBAN as well as the PIN and TAN of your online banking account. During the ordering process you will be automatically redirected to the secure payment form of Sofort GmbH. Immediately afterwards, you will receive confirmation of the transaction. We then receive the transfer credit directly.

Anyone who has an activated online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure can use instant bank transfer as a payment method. Please note that a few banks do not yet support payment by instant bank transfer.
